Sunday Shopping on Amazon-What Equipment Will Help Us Make the Best Cheesecake?

It is Sunday again, and time to go Sunday Shopping on Amazon. Today we are going to focus on Cheesecakes.

I was talking with a friend. He said he is going to make me an Italian Dinner. I offered to make dessert and asked him what he would like. He said cheesecake. I have not made a homemade cheesecake in years, maybe decades, but I told him I would make an attempt. I am going to search Google for the best cheesecake recipes to find, hopefully, the perfect cheesecake recipe.

 One thing you will need when attempting to make your favorite cheesecake recipes is a springform pan. This one looks like a very nice one to me.

 A heavy-duty electric hand mixer will come in handy for this job. This will help you properly mix the cheesecake filling. Plus, this one is candy apple red, which I think is lovely.

 Here is another option for an electric mixer. You could buy a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Guess what? This one is red also.

 Many cheesecake recipes may instruct you to use a water bath. One type of container large enough to hold your springform cake pan is a large roasting pan. I like this one because it can provide a pan of hot water to place your pan, and it appears to be flat for the stable surface the cheesecake needs.

 So you have made your delicious creamy cheesecake. Now you need a place for your cheesecake to cool. Here is a nice wire rack to do just that.
